邱柯妮  博士

个人简介

       2014年于香港城市大学获得计算机科学博士学位,同年加入yl9193永利,现任教授,博士生导师。2019年在美国宾州州立大学Vijay Narayanan教授团队做访问学者。2004年至2010年在中科院空间中心担任电子工程师。 

       研究方向包括计算机体系结构、智能非易失处理器和基于存算一体架构的深度学习算法加速器设计、自供能嵌入式系统、新型非易失存储器体系结构,尤其关注系统的软硬件协同设计对计算和存储的性能、功耗及可靠性的影响及优化。近年来还从事印制电路板设计自动化(PCB EDA)软件开发。独立主持国家自然科学基金、北京市教委基金、首师大青年燕京学者项目、北京市科技创新平台、北京市未来芯片高精尖中心科研基金等项目。以第一作者在HPCA、DAC、DATE、CODES+ISSS、ICCD、TC、TCAD、TECS等计算机体系结构和电子设计自动化领域顶级会议和期刊上发表了多篇学术论文,荣获2022年海峡两岸集成电路与电子设计邀请赛一等奖、DAC2021大学项目演示竞赛(UD-DAC)亚军、ICCD2016/ICESS2017最佳论文奖、ISLPED2017设计竞赛决赛奖、TRIFIA2018清华-罗姆产学研论坛最佳海报奖等。

       担任《离散数学(图论)》和《计算机软件基础》课程教学,荣获2023年北京市教学创新大赛三等奖、2017年yl9193永利教师基本功大赛一等奖、2017年永利官网青年教师基本功大赛最佳多媒体奖。

       任国际计算机学会设计自动化专委(ACM SIGDA)会刊主编。IEEE会员、ACM会员、CCF会员以及CCF信息存储和CCF容错专委委员,担任边缘智能计算国际研讨会(EIC@ESWEEK2022)主席,国际会议IWCR2018、国内会议ChinaDA2021/2018技术程序主席,DAC2021/2020/2019、CODES+ISSS2022、ASP-DAC2019/2018、ISVLSI2023/2022/2019/2018、RTCSA2017、ICCD-SS2017程序委员会委员以及TC、TCAD、TVLSI、TODAES、TECS、JETC、JCST、JSA等期刊的审稿人。
